Manuel F. Pérez Dubuc is a global energy executive with over 30 years of leadership across power, renewables and energy storage across Americas, Asia and Europe. He is the former CEO of Fluence Energy (Nasdaq: FLNC), where he led the company through rapid growth and its successful IPO in 2021. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at The AES Corporation, including Global New Energy Solutions, and served as Chairman and CEO of Meiya Power Company in Hong Kong. He currently serves on the boards of C.A. Ron Santa Teresa and Woody Ventures.
